Educational Philosophy Statement I wrote my first educational philosophical system during my first semester in college. Now I have earned 67 hours of college credit, gaining more knowledge in all areas. My determination to earn a teaching degree remains strong, and my self-motivation is ever-present. I also have a large support group of friends and family who hike up me to continue even though my peers are retiring. The high school teacher that sparked my desire to teach continues to encourage my efforts also. My philosophy of education has changed reasonably. I still believe that children are keen to please and ready to learn. My experience in a Russian orphanhood with 350 orphans has made me more aware of childrens needs, physically and emotionally. Upon returning stead from this trip, my eyes were opened to the needs of children in our community and state. I am more aware of the strong need for an education for each and either child.
